Mindful Transitions Therapy

Mindful Transitions Therapy (MTT) focuses on more than the individual when addressing mental health. MTT is a holistic approach to therapy taking into account the body, mind, and spirit as well as the environment surrounding each of us. As each of these pieces comes together to impact our overall mental health. MTT draws from Rogerian approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as other modalities creating a client centered goal of “wholeness” as the desired outcome of MTT.
